Tangguh LNG Project is currently the largest liquefied natural gas (LNG) project in Indonesia. Sankyu International Indonesia, as one of the subcontractor of Tangguh LNG, has entrusted all of their cargo shipments from their base in Ciwandan, West Java, to Tangguh LNG site in Bintuni, Papua, to Taruna ever since the first day of construction in 2005. Until 2011, Taruna has deployed more than 150 shipments using Taruna’s fleet of landing crafts.
Bauer Pratama Indonesia is a subsidiary of BAUER, a well-known international foundation specialist in the world. Taruna has been working together with Bauer to ship various bored piling and drilling equipments to various sites in Indonesia. Through this working cooperation, Taruna has been indirectly involved in the development of Indonesia’s infrastructures.
Tenaris SPIJ is a subsidiary of Tenaris, a leading global manufacturer of tubular products abd services for the oil & gas industry worldwide. Taruna has been Tenaris’ reliable shipping partner to deliver their pipes and other products safely and promptly out from their manufacturing facility in Cilegon, West Java.
McConnell-Dowell is an Australian engineering and construction company that also operates in Indonesia. Taruna got the privilege of receiving their confidence in mobilizing their construction equipments. Taruna’s landing crafts have reached the port of Donggi in Sulawesi and Lubuk Tutung in Kalimantan to deliver their cargo.
Mandiri Group is one of the Indonesian big coal mining companies. To transport their heavy equipments and cargo to their mining site in Tarakan, East Kalimantan, they have been entrusting Taruna to do the job for many years. The equipments shipped using our landing crafts include large excavators and super-sized dump trucks.
Meindo Elang Indah is an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractor for petrochemical, Oil and Gas industry in Indonesia. To transport their construction equipments, materials and supplies, they have used Taruna’s services to ensure that all of their cargo will arrive at their construction sites on-time. The last construction site that Taruna’s fleet delivered Meindo’s cargo is in Sungai Betara, Jambi, Sumatera.
